About Vicki Link
I’m a mother and grandmother with a deep love for the outdoors. In my spare time, I love hiking, kayaking and exploring our beautiful Northern California waterways and landscapes. The magic of nature keeps me young and brings me peace. My mission is to live a long, active life and to feel good doing it, while helping others do the same.
As someone who values my physical and mental health above all else, I believe there are choices we can make that will enhance the quality and longevity of our lives. The right choices can allow us to have a more vibrant and longer existence. We live in a culture of fixing what is broken, rather than preserving our wholeness and preventing illness in the first place.
I attended Bauman College, a leading institution of holistic nutrition and culinary arts. I’m certified under the renowned author and coach Dr. Heidi Dulay. My background includes health and weight loss coaching with an emphasis on ending yo-yo dieting trends and addiction to sugar and processed foods. I owned and operated a health supplement store for over 25 years where I provided nutritional supplements and various wellness programs to clients. I also earned a Bachelor's of science and social psychology from Bethany University.
With a family history of sugar addiction and some substance abuse, it has become my mission to help others stop cravings with the least amount of suffering possible. I show my clients unique ways to quit medications and excess supplementation and get results against pain, chronic inflammation, and anything else that causes faster aging and stress on the body.
